  5. @benediktg Yes the # style is well suited to shopping malls. The soul sapping lurking evil is well expressed in the architecture.

  6. @mjd Yep, I retained a few useless facts from my arty farty days. It was a plywood prototype and was arguably the first ever abstract public sculpture. Never realised but endlessly copied. http://ur1.ca/pn6ps

  8. @mjd Although a student of Lubetkin's supposedly used the famous Red Wedge sculpture as a home during the 1st harsh winter after the Russian revolution. I am sure most sculpture can be put to some kind of use.

  9. @mcscx I'd like to see a huge concrete goatse in the # style. The USA missed a great opportunity there with the WTC.

  10. @mjd I love a bit of # architecture. People should not have to live in or near any of it though. The Slav's knew a thing or two enshrining state sanctioned terror into a mass of concrete: http://beautifulsavage.com/design/yugoslavian-brutalist-architecture/

  11. @mjd sorry I'm in Bello for a few days. My house is currently uninhabitable. Also Jay has my jumper leads.

  12. An awe inspiring mucous production system has moved into my head. My already generously proportioned nose is sore and bright red from the work. #

  14. Early morning wander around Coffs. Too early for pubs but room for bacon sarnie; a cuppa joe and a book.

  18. Home for 6 hours last night. Not a lot of sleep occurred. One more shift then an actual weekend. This is just the Yang to balance the Ying... or something. Am I making sense? No
